As noted on the page, this extension was built by a developer outside of what3words, so you'd need to contact them directly to report any bugs or issues – it sounds like you have tried that already though.

Product hub I've been trying the add-ons for Chrome and Firefox to show W3W addresses in Google Maps as described on the W3W email. I cannot get the addresses to show anywhere as described. I wonder if anyone else has the same problem and whether anyone else got a response from W3W support and the add-on provider who seem to have totally ignored my report requesting help.
