I am developing a Treasure Hunt Game App that uses your what.3.words locations in it. The printed card version of the game works very well and is a lot of fun. This has prompted me to learn coding and develop this App. My questions are legal ones. What are the implications of 1) Using a name that sounds the same as what.3.words but is spelt differently? 2) My App initially will rely on the what.3.words being input into your App but in the future I hope will operate without the need for your App, does this present an issue with you?
